1. The service
FIINORTH ("the app") is a personal money guide operated by Aitrez Solutions Group LLC. It reads information you provide, such as bank statements, and shows estimates like "safe to spend", upcoming payments and an expected balance. By creating an account you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
2. Not a bank, not advice
FIINORTH is not a bank, lender, broker or financial adviser, and it does not hold or move money. Figures in the app, including Penny's answers, are estimates based on the information you provide and past patterns. They can be wrong or out of date. Check your bank before making important decisions. Nothing in the app is financial, investment, tax or legal advice.
3. Your account
You must be 18 or older and give accurate information. Keep your password secure; you are responsible for activity on your account. Only upload statements and documents you have the right to use.
4. Plans and payments
FIINORTH has a free plan and paid plans (Plus and Household). Paid plans, when available, are billed through the App Store or Google Play, renew automatically until canceled, and can be canceled in your store account settings. Refunds follow the store's policies. During early access, Plus features may be offered at no cost; we will tell you before any charge applies. Features marked "soon" are not yet available.
5. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service: no attempts to access other users' data, overload or reverse-engineer the service, upload malicious files, or use it for anything illegal.
6. Your content
You own the data you provide. You give us permission to process it only to run and improve FIINORTH for you, as described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep FIINORTH available and accurate but can't promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or discontinue features. If we change these terms in a material way, we will notify you before the changes take effect.
8. Disclaimers and limits
The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent allowed by law, Aitrez Solutions Group LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including fees, overdrafts or missed payments, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Ending
You can delete your account at any time in the app. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [STATE], USA, except where your local law gives you rights that can't be waived.

Lee la información que tú das, como extractos bancarios, y muestra estimaciones como "para gastar", próximos pagos y saldo esperado. Al crear una cuenta aceptas estos términos y nuestra Política de privacidad.
2. No es un banco ni asesoría
FIINORTH no es un banco, prestamista, corredor ni asesor financiero, y no guarda ni mueve dinero. Las cifras de la app, incluidas las respuestas de Penny, son estimaciones basadas en la información que das y en patrones pasados. Pueden estar equivocadas o desactualizadas. Revisa tu banco antes de decisiones importantes. Nada en la app es asesoría financiera, de inversión, fiscal ni legal.
3. Tu cuenta
Debes tener 18 años o más y dar información correcta. Cuida tu contraseña. Sube solo extractos y documentos que tengas derecho a usar.
4. Planes y pagos
FIINORTH tiene un plan gratis y planes de pago (Plus y Hogar). Cuando estén disponibles, se cobrarán por App Store o Google Play, se renuevan solos hasta que los canceles y se cancelan desde tu cuenta de la tienda. Los reembolsos siguen las reglas de cada tienda. Durante el acceso anticipado, las funciones de Plus pueden ser gratis; te avisaremos antes de cualquier cobro. Las funciones marcadas "pronto" aún no están disponibles.
5. Uso correcto
No intentes acceder a datos de otros usuarios, sobrecargar o desarmar el servicio, subir archivos maliciosos ni usarlo para algo ilegal.
6. Tu contenido
Tus datos son tuyos. Nos das permiso de procesarlos solo para darte el servicio, como dice la Política de privacidad.
7. Disponibilidad y cambios
Trabajamos para que FIINORTH funcione bien, pero no podemos prometer que nunca falle. Si cambiamos estos términos de forma importante, te avisaremos antes.
8. Límites
El servicio se ofrece "tal cual". En la medida que la ley lo permita, Aitrez Solutions Group LLC no responde por pérdidas indirectas, como cargos, sobregiros o pagos atrasados, y su responsabilidad total se limita a lo que nos pagaste en los últimos 12 meses.
9. Terminación
Puedes borrar tu cuenta cuando quieras desde la app. Podemos suspender cuentas que no cumplan estos términos.
10. Ley aplicable
Estos términos se rigen por las leyes del estado de [STATE], EE. UU., salvo los derechos que tu ley local no permita renunciar.
